Our Nurses

  • Sandra

    Sandra works full time at the Seaford Hospital and has been a qualified nurse for over 30 years, she has worked as a large animal nurse and a small animal nurse. She thrives in providing excellent customer care and helping clients with their pet’s nutritional management. Whether it be maintenance diets, senior pet health or weight loss diets, Sandra is great at working out what will best suit you and your pets’ needs! Sandra has a golden retriever Brody and a few cats, a crazy galah Rex and a very talkative Lorikeet Wacky.

  • Robyn

    Robyn is a fully qualified Veterinary Nurse with over 30 years experience. From 1990-1998 she worked at Seaford Veterinary Hospital and then returned in 2007 after moving back locally. Robyns' main interest is working as a surgical nurse and has assisted with many complex surgeries over the years. Robyns' spare time is spent playing competitive tennis and transporting her teenage son to all his sporting activities.  Her pets include 3 dogs, a talking cockatiel and a goldfish, quite a menagerie.

  • Teagan

    Teagan has been working at both Seaford and Carrum Downs Clinics since 2013. She has a Red Heeler dog, 'Butch' and a Tortoiseshell cat, 'Cleo'. Teagan enjoys assisting with surgeries in the clinic and giving all of the patients cuddles. Her interests involve travelling and working/ volunteering with animals overseas.

  • Helen

    Helen works part time at our Seaford hospital and has been with the clinic for over 10 years. She is our accounts manager and veterinary nurse all at the same time. Helen has two very active German Shepherd with special needs and a few senior cats. Helen enjoys cooking and walking on the beach in Mornington.

  • Terri

    Terri has been a veterinary nurse all her working life and she has worked for Seaford Carrum Downs veterinary clinics for the past 20 years. Terri works mainly at the Carrum Downs veterinary practice and she trains our clients with their new puppies at Puppy Pre School on Thursday nights every month. When she is not at work, she helps with wildlife rescue, competitive obedience with her two dobermans and she loves rebuilding hot rods.

  • Ebonee

    Ebonee has been a veterinary nurse for over 9 years and she works at our carrum downs hospital. She enjoys giving all the patients cuddles when she has time through out the day. She has a cavoodle called milo, whom she adopted from the clinic when he was just 6 months old. She also has a small son who keeps her busy while she is not at work.

  • Kelly

    Kelly works part time at our Carrum Downs Veterinary Hospital, Kelly has been a nurse for over 17 years. Kelly is experienced in small and large animals. Kelly has two beautiful children Ella and Sam plus her furry family Smartie (Cat) and Hoosa a red heeler.Kelly's favourite animals are british bull dogs and british shorthair cats. Kelly enjoys being a surgical nurse and enjoys spending time with her family.

  • Dianne

    Dianne has been nursing for 25 years, she has been with Seaford Carrum Downs veterinary clinics for now for 10 years. Dianne has two beautiful children Will and Brianna, which keeps her pretty busy. Dianne enjoys fishing and travelling, not that she can get away very much as she has two dogs and numerous cats.

  • Mel

    Melanie is currently on maternity leave. Melanie has been working at Carrum Downs Veterinary hospital since 2014.  She has been a veterinary nurse for 13 years. Melanie is also a qualified dog groomer and dog trainer. Melanie's main interests are animal behaviour and post-operative care. Melanie's interests outside of work are travelling, boxing and working with rescue dogs

  • Vanessa

    Vanessa began her career as a Veterinary Nurse in 1996 and has worked since then in mixed, small animal and emergency/critical care practices.  As well as a continued passion for emergency medicine, Vanessa has a special interest in pregnancy and neonatal care rearing many animals and birds each year. She also enjoys working with native animals and pocket pets. At home she is kept busy with 3 children, 3 dogs, 4 cats, 2 ferrets and a collection of chickens and ducks. In her spare time Vanessa spends many hours doing additional training and education in order to improve her knowledge and skills

  • Britney

    Britney has started at our Seaford hospital

  • Kim

    Kim has been a qualified veterinary nurse for 10 years, and has recently joined the Carrum Downs Veterinary Hospital. Kim has a keen interest in both human and animal behaviour, taught puppy pre school for 8 years in a previous role, and has recently completed an honours degree in psychology. Away from the vet hospital, Kim enjoys playing netball and travelling. Kim shares her home with a adopted greyhound "Nina", and a rescued cat "Cupid" and a few chickens.

  • Sara

    Sara is working at our Carrum Downs Veterinary hospital and been working with us for over 10 years on and off between having two children. She has an interest in surgery and customer care.
